Structure
Podere Fonte is an ancient and elegant stone farmhouse, internally renovated, spread over two floors totaling 380 square meters, plus a porch, a 50 square meter annex, and a small apartment of approximately 45 square meters. It is located on the slope of a hill overlooking the valley, with views of Assisi and its fortress directly opposite.
Woods, pastures, vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees surround the property, which almost seems to stretch “between earth and sky.” Outside, the garden and poolside feature large pine and cypress trees, a large gazebo equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a large oval “Domiziani” designer table, wrought-iron chairs, and sun loungers.
The property includes a private courtyard with a swimming pool (17 by 8 meters) and a basement changing room, complete with bathroom and two showers. It also boasts adjacent and surrounding agricultural land totaling 36,180 square meters, including approximately 100 centuries-old olive trees.
Accommodation
Featuring a garden with an outdoor pool and barbecue, the four bedrooms overlook the garden and pool and are all elegantly furnished and equipped with a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
One of the four bedrooms features a wood-burning fireplace and walk-in closet, and has direct access from both the interior of the farmhouse and the exterior via a stone staircase. “Podere Fonte” is an ideal base for an idyllic holiday in any season.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property, both indoors and outdoors.
The entire stone and brick building, the heart of the estate, is being meticulously restored and maintained. Every room at the Podere is air-conditioned, and private parking is located within Podere Fonte, completely fenced and with private, automated access.
Kitchen
On the ground floor of the farmhouse, there is a large, semi-industrial, modern kitchen (with a peninsula) featuring an induction stovetop and refrigerators for champagne, prosecco, white, and red wines. There’s also a large wood-burning fireplace with a relaxation area, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. Upon request, Podere Fonte can offer catering services with an exclusive on-site chef.
From the ground floor, an antique tile staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French bed (140 x 190 cm).

Territory
Brufa is a farming village in the municipality of Torgiano, nestled on a hill overlooking the Tiber Valley and the Umbrian Valley, with splendid views of Perugia, Assisi, and Foligno. Its medieval origins, when it was known as Castel Grifone, still emerge today among its ancient walls, vineyards, and olive groves that produce quality DOC wines.
The village is known for its strong connection to contemporary art: since 1987, it has hosted “Scultori a Brufa – La Strada del Vino e dell’Arte“, a permanent sculpture trail created by Italian and international artists, winding through hills and vineyards, transforming the village into an open-air museum.
Throughout the year, Brufa comes alive with events and traditions, such as “Brufa in Festa” in August, which fills the streets with music, performances, and tastings. Combining history, landscape, and creativity, Brufa offers an authentic and unique experience in every season.
